Healthy Eating Chart

We all want to teach our children healthy eating habits.  Use this chart as a visual reminder for both parents and children to ensure they are getting the important nutrients and hydration their growing bodies need!

We place the chart in a page protector and mark off each box with a dry erase marker.  You can also print off a new chart each week and use markers, stickers, or whatever you choose!
